Custom-Built Crating
Every pergola system is packed into heavy-duty wooden crates custom-built in our facility in Türkiye. We fully enclose every corner and edge of the aluminum profiles to ensure the structure can withstand the physical stress of long-distance international transit and multiple handling phases.
ISPM 15 Compliance
Global customs require strict biosecurity, and we ensure zero delays. All wooden packaging materials we use comply with international phytosanitary standards, utilizing heat-treated wood bearing the official ISPM 15 stamp to pass smoothly through any international port.
Layered Surface
To preserve the premium powder-coated finish of our pergolas, every single profile and component is individually wrapped in thick polyethylene foam sheets and heavy-duty bubble wrap. We place high-density foam blocks between layers to eliminate metal-to-metal friction and prevent scratches or dents.
Rigid Interior
Heavy components like vertical posts, structural beams, and motorized louvers cannot be allowed to move. We block, brace, and strap the components securely inside the crate using internal wooden dividers, ensuring the load remains completely stationary during sea or road transport.
Maritime Moisture
International shipping routes especially sea freight expose cargo to harsh humidity changes. We wrap the inner load in a specialized moisture-barrier lining and place industrial silica gel desiccants inside the crate to protect the aluminum, mechanical elements, and electrical motors from corrosion.
International Handling
The exterior of our custom crates features permanent, highly visible international handling icons. Clear markings such as "This Side Up," "Fragile," "Center of Gravity," and "Do Not Stack" guide forklift operators and port handlers worldwide, ensuring our shipment is treated with care from our factory to the final destination.
